Pumpkin Spice Collagen White Hot Chocolate recipe to warm you up!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk (or your preferred milk alternative)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of Collagen White Hot Chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice (or 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, and a pinch of cloves)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Milk and Cream: In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium-low, stirring occasionally, until warm (but not boiling).
  2. Throw in the Collagen: Add 2 tablespoons of the Collagen White Hot Chocolate to the warm milk mixture. Stir continuously until the powder is fully mixed and smooth.
  3. Add Pumpkin and Spice: Whisk in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Continue to heat for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavours to blend, but do not let it boil.
  4. Serve: Remove from the heat and pour into mugs. Top with the whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
